Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access course materials. You may not share, resell, or publicly distribute materials without written permission.

4. Payments and refunds

• Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice before purchase.
• Payments are processed securely by third-party providers.
• We offer a 14-day refund for self-paced courses if you have completed less than 20% of the material. Live programs are refundable up to 7 days before the start date.

5. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, harmful, or deceptive behavior.
• No attempts to bypass security or access data you do not own.
• No scraping, automated bulk access, or reverse engineering of platform code.

6. Intellectual property

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolidClick Grove is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the affected course(s) in the 12 months prior to the claim.
